How to Delete A LinkedIn Account (WITHOUT PASSWORD):

  1. Prepare important documents 

  2. Fill out the form here

  3. Follow instructions from CS Representative

Required Information:

  • Deceased full name and email

  • Link to deceased account/profile

  • Most recent company of employment

  • Your own government ID to prove relationship with the deceased

  • Documentation of death (Copy of death certificate or obituary)

How to Delete A LinkedIn Account (WITH PASSWORD):

  1. Log in to the LinkedIn account at the company’s homepage.

  2. From the user avatar at the upper right, click “Privacy & Settings.”

  3. In the top box, under “Account Type,” click “Downgrade or cancel your premium account.”

  4. Click the “Continue Cancellation” button below.
