  1. Prepare important documents

  2. Call customer service or email [email protected] 

  3. Send the requested information to the following address: Concierge Executive Escalations

    Yahoo, 22000 AOL Way, Dulles, VA 20166

Required Information:

  • Deceased full name and email

  • Link to deceased account/profile

  • Copy of death certificate or obituary 

  • Proof of authority such as a Power of Attorney

How to Delete A Yahoo Account (WITH PASSWORD):

  1. Log in to the account at the site’s user deletion page.

  2. Enter password and CAPTCHA visual code.

  3. Click the “Terminate this account” button.
