Follow instructions from CS Representative
Required Information:
Deceased full name and email
Deceased billing information
Copy of death certificate

Log in at the Netflix account page.
Hover over the avatar at the upper right-hand area of the page and select “Your Account” or simply click here and skip to step 3.
Under “Your Plan,” click “Cancel streaming plan.”
Click the “Complete Cancellation” button.
