How to Cancel Your Sprint Account (WITHOUT PASSWORD):
If you need to cancel a family member's account that is incapacitated or has passed, the fastest way to begin the process is to call Sprint directly. If your family member was the account holder, call 1-866-412-8519. If your family member was not an account holder, call 1-888-211-4727.

For the quickest resolution, Sprint recommends you have the following information ready when contacting:
Cell phone number.
Last four digits of the Social Security number.
The date of Account Holders passing.
Documentation of business registration to confirm ownership, if a business account, if co-owner passed away.
