Prepare important documents
Call customer service or email [email protected]
Follow instructions from CS Representative
Required Information:
Deceased full name and email
Documentation of death (Copy of death certificate)
Proof of relationship with the deceased
Proof of authority such as a Power of Attorney
How to Delete A Etsy Account (WITH PASSWORD):
Log in at Etsy’s web site by clicking at the upper right.
Click “Your Account” then click “Settings.”
Scroll down to the “Close Your Account” section and click the “Close Account” button.
Note: If you don't see the “Close Account” button, there may be an unpaid Etsy bill or open non-delivery report associated with the account. Once all bills and/or open cases are resolved, you'll be able to close your account.
